Orders placed after 31st March cant be guaranteed to be delivered before the 3rd April.
The team at Squizzas will do its best to ensure all orders placed before 1st April will be shipped but guaranteed delivery is down to the couriers. Enjoy your Easter Hunt and spending quality time with family.Thanks for shopping with us.

Customers are advised to contact customer service to arrange a refund. Please click the red 'Help' Icon ('?' on mobile) and submit a form (Refresh page if this has not appeared)

Squizzas will refund the cost of sending an item back to us if it is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In many cases, Squizzas will provide you with a pre-paid returns label. If your return is not the result of a Squizzas error, and you’re using a pre-paid return label, we’ll deduct the cost of the return from your refund. 

If you use an alternative  courier to handle your return, please provide Squizzas with the tracking number and courier name.

Customers are advised that orders typically take 7-10 working days to be delivered.

Due to current Covid restrictions and potential delays with couriers, delivery time can take up to 21 working days. We aim to get orders out within 7 working days. Thank you kindly for your patience

Our couriers aim to have your order with you within 7 working days of purchase, (This does not apply to pre-order items).

Customers are advised that they will not receive shipping confirmation until the order has been marked as shipped and is ready to leave our warehouse.

- Free Shipping for orders over £50 (7-10 working days to deliver)

- Orders under £50 have a delivery charge of £3.99  (7-10 working days to deliver)

International Delivery 🌍✈️  - Shipping Fees - £24.99 (10+working days to deliver)

European Delivery 🇪🇺 - Shipping Fees - £14.99 (10+ working days to deliver)

Sports & Leisure Items - 

Some Sports & Leisure items have a delivery charge of £30.00. This is due to the size and weight of the products, meaning a two man delivery is required.

Correct Details

It is the customer's responsibility to maintain and provide the correct delivery address at checkout. If an item is returned back to Squizzas as the address is incomplete and /or incorrect then you as the customer will be charged for the delivery. If you have requested a refund then the product cost will be refunded, however, the shipping costs will not.

Delivery outside the UK may be subject to local import duties, custom duties or taxes which as a customer, is your responsibility where they apply. Unfortunately, we cannot advise you what these charges will be and Squizzas will not be responsible for them.  
If you do not pay these local import/custom duties or taxes then the Product could be returned to Squizzas or possibly destroyed if too expensive to return. Please note, if this happens, we may not be able to refund your purchase. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you are in breach of any law in any such country.

Customers will receive the following notifications when ordering with us.

Order Confirmation - Sent automatically to the customer after they place their order.

Order Edited - Sent to the customer after their order is edited

Order Cancelled - Sent automatically to the customer if their order has been canceled

Order Refunded - Sent automatically to the customer if their order is refunded 

Shipping confirmation - Sent automatically to the customer when their order is packaged and ready to leave the warehouse

Shipped update - Sent automatically to the customer if their fulfilled order’s tracking number is updated

Delivered - Sent to the customer automatically after orders with tracking information are delivered.

Customers are advised that in busy periods there will be a delay between order confirmation & shipping confirmation. Your order has been received in that time and our warehouse staff are working to fulfil your order

We use Royal Mail or DPD to ship your orders! 

Both services come with a tracked service!

If you haven't received order confirmation, please click the red '?' icon at the bottom of the page and submit a form, quoting your order no. and our customer service team will get confirmation sent to you.

If your order has arrived damaged/ incorrect, please submit a form by clicking the red '?' icon below and our customer service team will be in contact to resolve the situation 

Pre-order delivery dates are stated on the product page however delivery dates are open to change and you may be contacted about a new release date for the product.

If you have ordered a pre-order item with in stock items. Your order will not be shipped until the pre-order item arrives. Customers are advised to make two separate orders to ensure the in stock items arrives in time for the customer
